Do you know what the Par Rate is?
This is the lowest wholesale interest rate available on any given day without having to pay Points to buy-down your rate.
Do you know how lenders and brokers make money on your loan without your knowledge?
They raise the interesrt above today's Par Rate. For every .25% they increase your rate, they make 1 Point (1%) more on your loan.
We never raise our rates above the Par Rate and we keep to our 1 Point fee policy. You can choose an origination fee or pay for your loan with a slight increase to your rate. The choice is yours.
Do you know how some brokers promise rates lower than everyone else?
The law does not protect consumers from these predators. They don't tell you that you are paying to buy down the rate and in all instances, it will cost you thousands to get the rate they are promising. You want to look for today's Par Rate and pay as little as possible for your loan. |
